Taking care of your camping
gear specially a tent is not that hard to do.
For one, you need to regularly clean it, preferably after each use. Use only
mild soap when cleaning your tent because harsh chemicals may ruin the tent’s
fabric. Follow the directions in the manual about how to wash your tent. Next,
you have to air dry it completely before storing. Be sure to store the tent
in a cool dry place that is free from insects. Damp places may cause for mildew
to form which can damage your tent in time. If you’re not going to use the
tent for a long time, periodically take it out to let it breathe. It’s also
advisable to apply lubricant on the zippers to prevent them from getting stuck.
