I cant see it, but a article says for outdoor cooking a small Sterno stove cooks faster than a portable butane?

for outdoor cooking small pot of rice an boiling water,which is better ,I have a portable butane stove,not wanting to try it without a second opinions ,

    Also consider,some fuels burn hotter than others.
