Although you can always design your own kitchen, a good idea is to have your own outdoor grilling island. A grilling island is a structure that basically has the same amenities of an indoor kitchen. It can have an oven, burners, and of course grills. Depending on how much space you want, the counter space can vary. So to avoid going in and out of the indoor kitchen, it has an interior storage compartment for your ingredients, utensils and pots and pans. It can even have a sink, and a refrigerator space. Actually, there are a lot of manufacturers offering different styles and sizes to suit your budget. Or, you can always have them custom made. So, you’ll never miss the fun as you do your outdoor cooking in your own grilling island.
