My son and his group are joining the barbecue cooking contest in their camping trip. What tips can you give me on this?

I’m sure your son is as excited as you to win this contest. Accomplishments such as this will surely boost his morale. Prior to his camping trip, prepare the dish in your home. Whatever part of the meat you choose to cook, be sure to properly thaw the meat prior to putting on the mixture.  Experiment with different mixtures of marinade to see which is the best.  Aside from marinating, you might want to try on some rubs. Rubbing also uses a variety of spices and herbs to make the meat absorb the mixture.  This is another alternative to making the barbecue just as tasty and juicy than ever.  Teach your son that outdoor cooking can be quite tricky. For some, the secret to having the tastiest barbecue is in the slow, even cooking heat.  So knowing how to adjust the cooking temperature is just as important.
